Vivin has been a career Naval Officer for 26 years. He held 2 engineering degrees and an MBA along with multiple certifications in Project Management. He has held various portfolios in the Navy including Operations, training, logistics and Contract Management. His skill set include leadership skills, communication & presentation skills, art of negotiation, relationship management, analytical and organizational skills. An avid golfer, swimmer, skier who loves adventure sports.

With a business degree specializing in management accounting, her educational foundation laid the groundwork for a career rich in diversity and adaptability. For the past two decades, she cultivated her expertise in customer service and the retail industry. These experiences have been pivotal in honing her people-centric approach, understanding diverse customer needs, and ensuring excellent service delivery. It's this background that has served as a springboard for her current roles.

Vani boasts 25 years of extensive work experience, anchored in the fusion of robust education and its practical application. With six academic degrees—comprising four undergraduate and two graduate qualifications—Vani stands out for expertise in project management, adeptly steering multiple teams, solving complex problems, making decisive decisions, and possessing exceptional communication skills. Vani's broad domain knowledge spans across diverse sectors, encompassing business management, marketing, education, advertising, and psychology.

Lopa brings an extensive 38-year career to the table, with the initial two decades dedicated to media and publishing, followed by the last 18 years in corporate training and education. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree with a Major in Sociology and a minor in Creative Writing, Lopa has also completed a rigorous 1-year intensive training program in Journalism.
